DINING HALL CREATIONS #2: The Dressing
Or, more specifically, “Homemade Dijon Salad Dressing“

Have you ever noticed the far back right corner of the Carmichael Dining Hall when it isn’t stir fry night? This section of Carm is unnoticed by many, but contains valuable condiments that can turn boring dinning hall food into flavorful masterpieces. My favorite of these condiments would have to be the Dijon mustard for it’s unique flavor adds the perfect kick to a boring salad. Here’s how:
Dijon Mustard Salad Dressing
Combine and whisk in a salad bowl:
1 small spoonful of Dijon mustard
1 part lemon juice
2 parts vinegar
1 part olive oil
Try this simple but savory dressing next time you are in Carm. If you like mustard, then you’re bound to love this!
